The whisky was produced by the Beerfurther Edelobstbrennerei distillery, which is located just a few streets away from the Krämer winery, producer of BEMBEL-WITH-CARE apple wine. Volker Ester provided us with advice and support on the way to the Bembel whisky and made sure that we could hold the whisky in our hands after more than three years.
